STUDIO POLICIES
All appointments are subject to the following policies upon booking.

*Initital appointments require an email address for confirmation and appointment reminders and a debit/credit card on file to uphold the following policies. You may elect to pre-pay online to avoid sharing this information over the phone.

APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY
​
Please arrive at least ten minutes before your scheduled appointment time in order to ensure a full massage session. You may cancel your appointment without charge up to 24 hours preceding your appointment. Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. If you do not call to cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged full price for the scheduled service.

DISMISSAL POLICY
​
Sexualization of session in any manner will not be tolerated and will result in immediate dismissal and full charge of the service.
​
Treatment will be refused to clients arriving in an altered states from the use of prescription/medication, alcohol and other substances.
​
Informed consent cannot be given and treatment cannot commence. Clients dismissed due such circumstances are subject to half or the full amount of the service charge.
​
Clients that are sick (fever, coughing, sneezing) are highly encouraged to rebook and are otherwise subject to dismissal.
​
In consideration to staff and ALL clients being seen on a daily basis, we cannot work on someone who is potentially contagious.

“DO NO HARM” POLICY
​
As educated and licensed massage practitioners, we have an ethical responsibility not to disrupt your well-being or aggravate any condition you may be experiencing.
​
Such conditions may include but not be limited to sunburn, eczema/psoriasis in weeping states, whiplash, herniated/ruptured discs, some illness and cancers or recent injury.
​
With this in mind, we reserve the right to refuse service to clients should we determine massage can aggravate or is a contraindication to your current health condition.
​
We will happily provide service with a physician’s clearance and recommended treatment plan.
​
During pregnancy, there is a greater risk of miscarriage during the first trimester and massage may be an extra risk factor. Therefore, massage is contraindicated during the first trimester of pregnancy (12 weeks).
